1926 |
- Company was founded in Pforzheim by Eugen Geyer Snr. From the beginning, seamless tubes in high precision were manufactured.

| 1945 - 62 |
- During the post-war years the Company relocated to Königsbach.

| 1954 |
- Thanks to his visionary direction, the Company rapidly expanded. This expansion was further enhanced when his son Eugen Geyer Jnr. joined in 1954.

| 1962 |
- The premises were extended with a modern production hall to accommodate the increased demand for the growing product range.

| 1984 - 95 |
- The Company became "Limited" and since 1995 has been under the direction of Eugen Geyer Jnr. and one of his sons, Lorenz Geyer.

| 2001 |
- The Company has relocated to a new industrial estate in Königsbach. The new built factory does offer 3.500 square metres for production and warehousing, with a further 400 square metres for administrative offices and staff facilities.
