Tubes and Tube Fittings
Do you need a tube with special dimensions, a perfect surface or tight tolerances? Then you have come to the right place. With external diameters from 1 to 40mm and lengths from 1 to 6000mm (longer lengths are possible on demand) we supply tubes and tube fittings in all kinds of different alloys. Whether ground tubes, specific roughness values, a surface polish or further processing such as bending, widening, narrowing, beading, flanging – that all belongs to our delivery scope.

Drawn tubes
When producing the tubes we use cold forming. The initial tube is pulled through a drawing die in several operational steps. Using this manufacturing process, exterior diameters, interior diameters as well as wall thicknesses can be precisely produced.
Thanks to this cold forming process we are able to adapt the semi-finished products to your wishes. The surface and structure of tubes which are multiply redrawn are positively changed. In this way we are able to supply you with semi-finished metal products with special dimensions, the tightest tolerances and defined characteristics. Longitudinally welded stainless steel tubes
We can also offer welded stainless steel tubes. During the welding process a metal strip is brought into a tube shape with the help of several rolls and subsequently tungsten arc welded without using additional materials.
This enables us to produce large quantities for you at short notice. We only use strip stock from certified European manufacturers for this purpose. We can also supply you with welded tubes as redrawn tubes and thus meet your special requirements regarding dimensions and tolerances.
