We take responsibility
A sustainable use of resources is important for us. The technical investments in the new construction of the production facilities in Remchinger Strasse 9 in Königsbach essentially were aimed at saving energy.
We use power from our own solar plant and highly value environmentally friendly production and material-specific recycling.Continuous optimisation ensures ever more sustainable production of our semi-finished metal products.

Choice of location
With the decision for a single location, we avoid transport between manufacturing sites.
Procurement
We purchase our primary materials mainly from European manufacturers. This means that costly transports by ship or plane for semi-finished products are no longer necessary.
In addition, our focus on European suppliers ensures that European laws and standards are adhered to in the supply chain.

100% Power from regenerative energy
We use the roof surfaces of our production facilities for the production of photovoltaic electricity. With an annual yield of over 450,000 kWh per year, we produce more than 60% of our electricity requirements ourselves.
The remaining electricity demand comes to 100% from renewable energies with certified certificates of origin.
Through the climate-neutral production of electricity, we make a significant contribution to reducing CO² emissions and thus to climate protection.
Employees and environmental protection
Gas, water and vehicle fleet
In our annual environmental management review, we determine not only the electricity required for production, but also the annual gas and water requirements and the CO² emissions of the vehicle fleet.
This enables us to react promptly to undesirable developments and drive forward optimizations. The ongoing conversion to e-vehicles will significantly reduce the CO² emissions of our truck and car fleet.
Machines, plants and lighting
The continuous renewal of our machines and plants means that older energy-intensive drives and equipment are being replaced by modern, more economical equipment.
State-of-the-art LED lighting systems with EIB control, together with generous light strips, ensure minimal use of electricity with optimum hall illumination.
